Didirikan pada tahun 2020, Seven Retail merupakan “House of Brands” yang berfokus pada penyediaan layanan gaya hidup berkualitas yang aksesibel. Saat ini, kami telah mengoperasikan lebih dari 200 cabang dan terus berkembang di berbagai industri, termasuk F&B, Education, Healthcare, dan Lifestyle Services.

Peran Kamu
- Merancang dan melaksanakan program pelatihan, onboarding, dan pendampingan untuk coach baru maupun yang sudah ada.
- Melakukan refreshment training dan new term training untuk memastikan kualitas pengajaran tetap konsisten.
- Mengembangkan materi dan modul pelatihan untuk coach Sparks Sports Academy dan memantau performa coaches
- Melakukan observasi kelas serta memberikan umpan balik untuk peningkatan kualitas mengajar.
- Memfasilitasi sesi praktik dan roleplay untuk mengasah kemampuan coaching dan manajemen kelas.
- Bekerja sama dengan tim L&D, Kurikulum, dan Operasional untuk menyelaraskan materi dan standar pelatihan.
Kualifikasi yang Kami Cari
- Pendidikan minimal S1 atau setara, jurusan Pendidikan Jasmani/Ilmu Keolahragaan/Psikologi/HR atau jurusan relevan lainnya.
- Pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun sebagai guru dalam bidang Sports/Gymnastic/Sensory/Dance atau mempunyai pengalaman sebagai Coach Trainer.
- Menguasai Google Spreadsheet, Google Slides, dan Canva.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, interpersonal, dan struktur berpikir yang baik.
- Memiliki empati tinggi dan semangat dalam mengembangkan orang lain.
