Staff Specialist / Manager Procurement

In your new role you will:

• Responsible for site procurement based on the defined global category strategy, including strategic tasks (e.g. sourcing, demand management, market analysis), tactical tasks (e.g. RFI/RFQ, negotiation, contracting) and operational tasks.
• Acts as main site interface to suppliers ( incl. phase-in / evaluation /relationship & consequence management) and negotiates site specific contracts for the best TCO.
• Works with internal stakeholders to align demand , priorities (e.g. secure supply vs. cost saving) and consults on sourcing options.
• Applies best in class procurement methods and market intelligence , contributes to continuous improvement and ensures compliance with local/global rules& processes.
• Contributes to KPI target setting, monitors KPIs (e.g. savings, payment terms, process KPIs) and implements appropriate measures in case of deviation.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or equivalents. Candidate with Master Degree is a plus.
• Min. 5-10 years of relevant procurement experience , preferably in semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of equipment, materials and spare part is a plus.
• Comprehensive understanding of local and global supply chain, procurement best practices.
• Experienced in using supply chain management software and tools , e.g. SAP / ERP.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
