Tugas / Tanggung Jawab :
- Melakukan tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai HRD Manager
- Mengontrol dan melakukan fungsi legal, mulai dari pengurusan perpanjangan ijin-ijin perusahaan sampai kepada permasalahan industrial karyawan dan perusahaan
- Mengontrol pelaksanaan SOP perusahaan dan melakukan pengembangan serta perbaikan jika diperlukan
- Melaksanakan dan mengembangkan konsep HRIS di perusahaan
- Mengontrol dan melakukan pelaksanaan pekerjaan rekrutment karyawan
- Membuat modul dan memodifikasi modul training yang relevan dengan bisnis retail fashion, merealisasikan dan melakukan training untuk karyawan, baik untuk operasional store maupun untuk HO. Mulai dari hard skill sampai ke soft skill sampai melakukan evaluasi terhadap efektifitas training yang dilakukan
- Mengontrol pelaksanaan SOP perusahaan dan melakukan pengembangan serta perbaikan jika diperlukan
- Mengontrol dan melakukan pelaksanaan penggajian karyawan (Payroll) & Kepersonaliaan
- Melakukan penilaian (evaluasi) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Performance Appraisal)
- Melakukan penyesuaian gaji tahunan terhadap karyawan dan remunerasi lainnya
- Dll yang berhubungan dengan Human Resources
- Berdomisili di Batam
- S1 Psikologi / Hukum / Management
- Pengalaman 2 Tahun sebagai HRD Manager (diutamakan dari perusahaan logistik)
- Menguasai konsep Human Resources, mulai dari Recruitment, Training & Development)
- Mengerti Compensation & Benefit (Payroll), Kepersonaliaan, Industrial Realtion sampai ke Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja dan realisasinya
- Menguasai Undang-undang Ketenaga kerjaan
- Memiliki jaringan dan lembaga-lembaga yang berhubungan dengan rekrutmen
- Sangat terbiasa dengan jaringan media sosial yang luas dalam melakukan rekrutmen karyawan
- Memiliki jaringan dan hubungan yang baik dengan instansi pemerintahan dan lembaga yang berhubungan dengan ketenagakerjaan
- Memiliki kepemimpinan yang baik
- Terbiasa bekerja denga target dan deadline
- Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
- Menyukai pekerjaan di bidang logistik
- Rapih, Komunikatif, Sistematik
- Menguasai Komputer
- Fresh Graduate minimal Ipk 3.00
