Role Summary:

Plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures to ensure production targets are met.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Evaluate each station of the SBE manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Create and oversee an employee training schedule that emphasizes productivity targets are met.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures (both in-house and regulatory) to decrease the potential for employee injuries on the job.
• Assume responsibility for manufacturing processes in the SBE plant.
• Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly to meet production and quality targets.
• Take full responsibility for the quality and product that is produced within the shift in line with the company's quality systems, processes, and procedures.
• Manage, develop, and motivate direct reporting staff.
• Utilize problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to ensure that all team members can identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve issues.
• Play an active role in the company's continuous improvement plan to achieve future growth.
• Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.
• At least 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location, Balikpapan, Kalimantan, Indonesia.
