Job Descriptions:

• Conceptualize and develop creative design ideas that meet the campaign brief and align with the company's brand identity.
• Manage CIM and brand guideline implementation across SBUs (projects), ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Support corporate and SBU's in terms of branding and promotion design.
• Cooperate and supervise brand agencies in developing campaign or any creative projects.
• Develop creative visual content guidelines and review regularly based on external benchmarking or internal suggestions.
• Manage multiple creative design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
• Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate fresh design elements into projects.
  

Job Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Designor related major.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience asa Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
  
• Having skill and strong understanding in visual communication, design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and video editing.
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, having good initiatives, adaptive. 
• Motion Graphic is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in BSD City.
