As a Sea Logistics Process Excellence Specialist, you will drive process improvement initiatives that enhance the efficiency, quality and effectiveness of our Sea Logistics operations. 

How you create impact

• Lead and coordinate multiple process improvement projects simultaneously, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, deliverables and follow-up.
• Review existing processes and projects, identify improvement opportunities and develop practical solutions.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, root causes and areas for improvement.
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing automation processes and initiatives.
• Ensure processes, project activities and improvements are clearly documented and properly maintained.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to implement improvements and ensure sustainable adoption.
• Prepare project updates, analysis and recommendations for relevant stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Sea Logistics organisation.

What we would like you to bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Process Excellence, Process Improvement, Project Management, Operations Excellence or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple projects or improvement initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A structured and organised approach to project management.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics is an advantage; relevant experience from other industries or consulting environments is also welcome.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL or automation tools is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
