Enterprise Solution Architect - Banking & Financial Services

Job Role:

The Vertical Solution Expert (VSE) – Financial Services Industry (FSI) is a strategic industry-focused role responsible for bridging customer business needs, financial industry scenarios, and enterprise ICT solutions for banking, fintech, and financial institutions. Working closely with Key Account Managers, sales teams, and internal solution units, this role supports customer engagement, solution strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and commercial success across enterprise FSI accounts through a combination of industry expertise, solution development, and strategic consulting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary industry solution focal point for Financial Services Industry (FSI) enterprise accounts including banks, fintech companies, and financial institutions.
• Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers and enterprise sales teams to identify customer opportunities, shape strategic ICT solutions, and support project wins.
• Engage directly with C-level executives, senior stakeholders, and operational leadership teams within financial institutions.
• Analyze financial industry operational challenges, digitalization initiatives, and business transformation requirements to identify solution opportunities.
• Translate customer pain points and industry scenarios into scalable ICT and digital transformation solutions aligned with Huawei's technology portfolio.
• Lead scenario-based solution planning and support end-to-end solution implementation across strategic FSI projects.
• Support enterprise solutions related to cloud computing, data center infrastructure, campus networks, SD-WAN, digital transformation platforms, and industrial ICT integration.
• Collaborate with product, R&D, solution, and delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility, solution competitiveness, and commercial viability.
• Participate in industry events, executive workshops, customer forums, and strategic marketing activities to strengthen Huawei's presence within the financial sector ecosystem.
• Support proposal preparation, executive presentations, solution positioning, and strategic customer communications.
• Share project best practices and successful implementation cases to strengthen internal sales and presales enablement.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related technical disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience engaging with Financial Services Industry (FSI) customers including banks, fintech companies, non-bank financial institutions, or digital financial platforms.
• Strong background in Presales, Account Management, Key Account Management, Solution Consulting, or related enterprise ICT roles within technology companies.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, financial systems, fintech ecosystems, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting ICT solution implementation involving middleware, infrastructure, computing, storage, automation systems, or enterprise networking technologies.
• Strong understanding of data communication networks, industrial ICT architecture, and integration between IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise solutions related to cloud computing, data center technologies, SD-WAN, digital banking platforms, or intelligent financial infrastructure.
• Familiarity with multi-vendor enterprise solution ecosystems and financial industry digitalization trends.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and strategic solution development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement capability with experience interacting with senior enterprise leadership teams.
• Collaborative, adaptive, and capable of operating effectively within fast-paced and high-pressure enterprise business environments.
• Professional fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
