Our client is a global leader and manufacturer in lifting solutions, load securing, and working-at-height safety, producing heavy-duty lifting, load-control, and fall-protection equipment.
Position Overview:
We are hiring an Assistant Manager — Finance to support the finance and accounting function by overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee core accounting activities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with company procedures and applicable standards.
- Ensure accurate tax compliance and reporting in line with Indonesian regulations, including PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and Coretax.
- Monitor and support cost control initiatives to improve financial efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely provision of required documents and follow-up actions.
- Analyze financial data, identify issues, and provide practical solutions to support management decisions.
- Maintain and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and business support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including at least 2 years in a supervisor or team leader role.
- Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle, from General Ledger through Financial Reporting.
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian taxation, including PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and Coretax.
- Experience preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
- Good understanding of cost control.
- Experience handling internal and external audits.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Willing to be placed according to company needs.
- Possession of Brevet A & B certification.
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
