ROLE:               Market Development Executive (MDE)             

Location:       Bali  

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the MDE you will own the responsibility for the development, execution and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate take-away and being responsible for management and monitoring of initiatives & execution through our Distributors. You would also be responsible for contribution to the Company’s goals and objectives and improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance by establishing channel strategies and implementing the associated plans.

You will be based in Market. However, large percentage of your time will be spent interacting with the local market and 3rd Party distributors across Market. As a result, you can expect to be travelling to stay connected to all stakeholders.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build/maintain/strengthen relationship with key on trade accounts, Wholesalers, and distributor.
• Liaison with the distributor sales team to focus on our portfolio - by driving engagement, thereby achieving: 
• Influence the Distributor to achieve Targets vs Budget Improve visibility of the Bacardi portfolio at the Point Of Purchase (POP) across all assigned outlets and channels
• To co-ordinate & influence merchandising and Point Of Sale Material (POSM) for the generic portfolio as well as special promotions through the Distributor
• To Influence & monitor consumer promotions at the POP as per IAP
• Monitor promotions / events with target accounts and dist. Reps.
• Develop Partnership contracts which Generate volume through pouring contracts.
• Monitor & influence the Distributor to Increase Distribution
• Support AVQPAP implementation across the Bacardi Martini portfolio across all channels through our Distributors
• Communication of competitor activities & reporting of trends in the market to facilitate feed back to the Head office
• Drive excellent execution of AVQPAP in channel through the distributor.

• Value share: Drive value share growth of key Bacardi brands in distributor markets/areas of operation
• Customer: Achieve target customer satisfaction measures
• Strategy : Participate fully in the development, delivery, and ownership of the Country Commercial Strategy
• Employee engagement: Drive sustained improvement in engagement and enablement
• Talent: Deliver against talent management objectives
