As the business continues to scale, the organization is seeking an experienced operations professional who can establish scalable processes, strengthen internal operational governance, and ensure efficient execution across multiple business functions.

Job Role

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing day-to-day business operations across the organization. This role will focus on building scalable operational processes, developing SOPs and policies, coordinating cross-functional activities, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.

Working closely with the CEO and multiple internal departments, the successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the company's operational foundation during its growth phase. The role requires a highly autonomous and process-oriented professional who can translate business objectives into structured operational execution while proactively identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end operational activities to ensure efficient and consistent daily business execution.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, SOPs, workflows, and internal control processes.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the operations team while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Product, Technology, Finance, and Customer Support teams to ensure effective cross-functional execution.
• Monitor operational performance and identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and potential business risks.
• Develop and implement cost-efficiency initiatives while maintaining operational quality and service standards.
• Manage operational budgets and monitor resource utilization in line with business objectives.
• Establish structured workflows and operational frameworks to support business scalability.
• Proactively diagnose and resolve operational bottlenecks affecting service delivery, internal efficiency, or merchant experience.
• Provide regular operational updates, performance insights, and improvement recommendations to senior management.
• Support the organization in maintaining operational readiness as the business expands.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing and scaling business operations, preferably within fintech, payment solutions, technology companies, or high-growth startups.
• Proven experience leading operations teams at a managerial or supervisory level.
• Strong understanding of process design, SOP development, workflow optimization, and operational excellence.
• Experience managing departmental budgets and implementing measurable cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Strong ability to coordinate multi-functional teams and align operational workflows across different departments.
• Experience identifying operational bottlenecks and developing practical, scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Highly autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong ownership of operational outcomes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.
• Willing to work fully on-site in West Jakarta.
• Strong integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage sensitive operational information confidentially.
