Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Bell Driver to join our hospitality team in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Bell Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services by efficiently transporting guests and their luggage throughout the hotel property and to designated locations. This role is essential to creating a positive first and last impression for our guests, and you will be the face of our organization's commitment to outstanding service delivery.

• Transport guests and their luggage using bell carts or designated vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
• Provide directions and information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services to guests
• Maintain knowledge of hotel layout, amenities, and operational procedures to better serve guest needs
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary
• Ensure all equipment and vehicles are maintained in clean, safe, and operational condition
• Manage multiple guest requests simultaneously while maintaining composure and organization
• Adhere to all hotel policies, safety protocols, and local regulations
• Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services
• Represent the hotel with professionalism and courtesy at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar guest-facing role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and carry luggage regularly
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
• Reliable transportation or valid driver's license (if applicable to role requirements)
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
