Sales & Promotion Staff

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure each stage of sales is completed in a timely and accurate manner, including preparation of quotations, confirmation of requirements, required invoices, and payment collection.
2. Ensure each stage of promotion is completed in a timely and accurate manner, including preparation of tools, ensuring their availability for related events, and conducting event activities (inside and outside campus).
3. Perform sales activities that comply with financial procedures (e.g., cost estimation, quotations and invoices, monitoring, and recording payment).
4. Maintain and update customer status data with detailed records.
5. Receive and follow up inputs from channels of distribution (i.e., sales agents that support sales activity).
6. Be conversant with the products offered and notify related information to prospective customers (e.g., academic time period).
7. Support research promotion activity opportunities in various schools and industries.
8. Conduct and follow up on the school canvassing process.
9. Arrange and conduct visits from prospective customers (i.e., campus tours and viewings of the facilities and services).
10. Assist in producing publicity documents and coordinate the distribution of all promotional materials.
11. Create promotion event reports.
12. Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records, and other documents required.
13. Management Support Activities:
1. Provide reports to direct supervisor.
2. Suggest improvement processes related to activities in the area of responsibilities (especially related to time concerns, effort, and cost).
3. Perform activities related to the Quality Management System.
4. Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by the direct supervisor.

Education Requirement:

1. Diploma Degree (D3), or
2. University student (6th semester).

Work Exposure/Experience:

1. No working experience required.
