Associate Finance Controller

Job Scope :

In this role, you will be responsible for finance, accounting, tax planning, treasury, corporate secretarial; other compliance, management reporting and administration:

-You will be responsible for a broad spectrum of activities encompassing finance, accounting, tax planning, treasury, corporate secretarial; other compliance, management reporting and administration.

-You will ensure Vendor Payments are processed as per process

-You will ensure appropriate Accounting practices are adapted as also entries in Xero, Navision and Similar ERP

-You will prepare monthly taxation returns data and filing

-You will prepare of Bank reconciliation for multiple banks.

-You will study, analyze and prepare report on trends and opportunities for expansion

-You will be directly responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

-You will manage vendor, stakeholder relationships

-You will work with Internal, Statutory Auditors; ensure audit is completed on time

-You will monitor banking activities of the organization

Requirement :

• Graduates from premier Universities where specialization in general administration or finance/commerce, with professional degree like CA and CS
• You have 3-6 years of experience in similar role.
• You have awareness of corporate, commercial and intellectual property laws, high tech industry practices & corporate policies & procedures.
• You have demonstrated experience in coordinating and supervising the vendors and contractors and liaising with internal stakeholders and teams.
• You have superior presentation skills to effectively convey information to senior management.
• You have strong ability to respond to internal and external stakeholders.
• You are hands-on, independent, self-motivated and fast learner.
• You have excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• You have the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• You have the ability to impact and influence.

• Your having prior payment domain knowledge is good to have. A background in a startup and/or a product company is preferable.
