Job Responsibilities
- Tracking Sell-out performance by store, investigating and solving problems by coordinating with related departments to maximize sell-out.
- Managing field force in respective areas; Team leaders, MD, and Promotors. Providing direction and managing the performance KPI of each field force.
- Supporting HO Store Management to track and manage branch's retail assets; Product Display, Booth, POSM distribution, signboard, etc.
- Crafting ideas and suggestions for Sell-out activity programs in branch.
- Operating, tracking, and reporting dealer activity sponsorship programs in branch.
- Keeping track of each competitor's sell-out activity in branch, creating suggestions, key findings, and countermeasures.
- Daily coordination with Branch Manager/Area Manager, ensuring alignment between sell-in and sell-out.
- Developing an effective reporting system, based on period, channel/store, MD/TL, etc.
- Conducting regular store visits and market surveys.
- Conducting training in their respective branch with the support of HO training team.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related area.
- 3+ years as Retail Specialist.
- Excellent sales management & relationship building skills.
- Good leadership and people management skills.
- Good analytical thinking, market, and competitor analysis.
- Meticulous and attention to detail.
- Manager level of reporting ability.
- Skilled in MS Excel and other related applications.
