Started by an accountant and an engineer, WCS was founded in 2004 to help Indonesia's growing businesses. Our founders saw the need that medium and large business were in desperate need of help in their human resources division. With fast growth of various businesses, most human resources divisions simply couldn't keep up. We thought they should focus on growing their business, not hiring, recruiting or payroll. WCS was founded to address that need and continue to grow by solving human resource problems - one at a time, for various businesses in all sectors in Indonesia's growing economy.
