Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant subject.
Experience as a Senior Manager with internationally renowned Western Companies or Government Organization.
Has technical and commercial experience in infrastructure projects such as bridges, tunnels, roads, storm water drainage, and programs of city development.
Must be western professional engineer (PE) registration from a recognized organization or equivalent and Preferred to be PMP Certified by the PMI or equivalent.
Should be Fluent in English.
