Requirements:

Maximum 40 years old
Minimum SMK education, preferably Diploma Hospitality graduates, Culinary School or equivalent
Min. 3 years experience in the same field position
Required Western Cooking Skills
Able to Cook Western set menu and a la carte
Create and develop Western set menu, a la carte & buffet menu
Responsible for the food quality
Controlling materials and needs in the kitchen
Communicative, responsible, discipline, team work and good attitude
The ability to work quickly, accurately, work hard, creative and innovative
