Job Responsibility Account Tax Officer:

Job Description :

Examine daily transactions related to the tax types and rate structure (income taxes; PPH 21/ 26, PPH 23/ 26, PPH 4 : 2, PPH 25, value-added tax, etc)
Prepare e-Invoices (e-Faktur) of related daily transactions and coordinate with the third party, vendor or dealer.
Make tax calculations of head office until the process of payment filing periodically.
Coordinate and examine tax calculations of all MLCI branches until the process of payment filing periodically.
Prepare CSV export data to e-SPT for the purpose of tax reporting preparation periodically.
Coordinate and examine the correctness and the punctuality of tax reporting from the head office and all of the branches of MLCI.
Prepare tax reconciliation data with the related transactions in order to support the preparation of the period and annual tax.

Requirments :

Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring Accounting or Taxation
Have min 3 years experience in the same field
Have Technical Competencies as Tax Management, Microsoft Office, e-SPT, e- Faktur (e-Invoices), Accounting Software, Brevet Tax (A & B) certifications, Tax Regulations
Attention to Detail, Analytical Thinking, Team Work and Coordination
